Shannon is a sustainability and safeguarding specialist with extensive experience in ESG advisory, environmental and social risk management, and stakeholder engagement across international development, mining, and renewable energy sectors across Southern and Eastern Africa. Shannon is currently the Programme Manager at Democracy Works Foundation, responsible for the Climate, Energy, and Resource Governance Programme.
