Nkateko Chauke
Nkateko is a human rights and social justice advocate and has been involved in social justice movements over the past 13 years advocating for the progressive realisation of human rights. Nkateko brings extensive experience in programming and advocacy on climate justice, sustainability and socio-economic rights. Her extensive contributions to civil society span her tenure at Open Society Foundations and the African Climate Foundation working at the intersection of governance, economic justice, gender justice and climate portfolios. She has also served as Programmes Director at Oxfam South Africa over the past 4 years, among other roles.
